I created this blog because I love to talk about the exciting changes I’m making in my life. Any new discoveries or ideas that can improve, not only, my personal and professional life but the lives of the individuals I encounter needs to be shared. I talk so much sometimes and for so long that I felt it best to give my friends, family and co-workers a break!
